I want to know change trixbox password could harmful or not? I want to change password with passwd-maint. can it negative effect on performance or normal action on trixbox and freepbx?thanks in advance

That will affect the password used to logon to the FreePBX interface only. I don't believe it will change the password between Asterisk and FreePBX managment interface.
If it does (which I doubt), verify that the admin password matches in /etc/amportal.conf with /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
At the asterisk CLI> you should see messages about every 5 seconds that say the manager logged on then logged off. This is FreePBX polling astersisk on its status. If it shows an authentication error then the passwords don't match in the above listed files.
